While we aim to deliver our high-quality wines in good condition we do understand that sometimes refund requests may be made. Refund requests can be made within 14 days of receiving the wines.

You are responsible for shipping the wines to our warehouse and the costs for the return shipment are for your account.
Please understand that we are unable to issue refunds for opened or used products.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 14 days of being received at our warehouse.
